There may be another division in all categories based on the average age of the cyclists (division only in case of more than 5 entries per class). The division of the average age is fixed -40/+ 40.
From 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
We start at 10 a.m. and flag off at 10 p.m.
From 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
The shift supervisor can pick up the documents on from 08.00 to 09.00.
From 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
From 08:00 to 09:30, the track will be open for training.
At 8:30 a.m.
At 08:30, there will be a mandatory briefing (with verification) for all team leaders.
After the briefing, the team leaders collect the transponders at the secretariat. To do so, they bring one €50 bill fastened. This money serves as a deposit for the transponder and will be returned immediately after the race when dropping off the transponder box. If you leave the race early, please hand in the transponder box at the secretariat (where you will immediately get your €50 back).
At 10 a.m.
Start of the 12 Hours of Cycling! We all start at the same time behind the safety-car.
At 10 p.m.
Podium takes place immediately after the race is flagged off. There are trophies for all categories.
